My husband was offered a job March 1, 2020 in Medford just as the Corona virus was starting and we had no idea how hard moving during a pandemic was going to be. The housing market was in chaos with home viewings severely restricted so Stephanie enabled us to view homes remotely going to listings herself and providing us with virtual tours because travel was shut down entirely. Our home in Colorado sold in one day which gave us only one month to find a new home, vacate ours and move our entire family 4 states away! Stephanie calmed our fears, kept us on schedule and navigated the chaos to make sure we met every deadline. She found a mortgage broker who got us an incredible 2.5% 30 year loan and could meet our 30 day closing deadline. We were frantic with moving deadlines looming but Stephanie’s knowledge of the area and real estate expertise allowed us to find a home that not only met all or needs but had an incredible location and was in our budget. When our moving company cancelled 2 days before our move Stephanie saved the day by negotiated an early occupancy so we wouldn’t have to find lodging during Covid with 2 cats, 2 dogs, 2 horses and a parrot, amazing! Absolutely wonderful. From the beginning contact. I appreciate the initial listing on Craigslist, I believe. We have been searching for months on all online sites, calling all drive by rental signs and more. I was shocked at how few places even bothered to call me back or respond! From the CL listing response, I was directed to the company's website which is very nicely set up and easy to navigate as well as all inclusive. The realtor, Corky, has been a dream to work with. She has been professional, prompt and timely, attentive, easy to communicate with (which is a challenge for me personally on many levels). Corky has been enthusiastic, caring, proactive in anticipating our needs and steps to follow, and comprehensive in working with us in our situation and our abilities, yet maintaining integrity representing the client/rental owner, us, and Henselman Realty.
