What you will need to complete a successful application:

Valid ID: passport, drivers license or state issued ID card
Three years of residential rental history including contact information for your reference(s)
Proof of income: tax returns or pay stubs with a verifiable employer

Please Note:

All financial statements must include applicant’s name. Screenshots will not be accepted.
Most properties require that applicant combined gross income is 2-1/2 to 3 times the monthly rent amount.
Each applicant over the age of 18 must complete a separate application.
Application Fee: $30 for each application
A background and credit check will be run on each applicant.
